DELTA UNITED of CLARKSBURG gets its name from the collection of small towns along the Sacramento River that make up our club. United we play, representing generations of families who call the Delta home.

2026 Fall Season Information:

Games will be played on Saturday's starting August 15th to October 31st - with September 5th off for Labor Day weekend and September 26th off for the BYE WEEK (no games will be played on either of these Saturdays).

Practices - We try to start practices a couple weeks before the season starts, but it is still very hot in August and our player's health and safety is our #1 priority. Depending on weather and coaches, we will aim to start practices By August 1st. All practices will be held at the coaches discretion; days/times/frequency. Practices are located on the grass field behind DECS, unless otherwise directed by your coach.

Parent Volunteers - Teams are run by parent volunteers. We truly couldn't do it without them! Opportunities include Coach, Assistant Coach, and Team Parent. The Team Parent helps coordinate communication methods, snack sign-ups, and any other events the team would like to participate in (such as an end of season party). If you are interested, click here to submit your information. These positions receive a 10% discount on player registration (coupon code will be emailed to you upon approval, so please wait to register your player.)

Payment Information - The registration fee this year is $100 for all divisions, with an option to add a new uniform for $25 (so if you have the newer CAMO uniform your player can wear, select no when asked and it will deduct $25 from your fee). If paying online and registering multiple children, there is 10% off for a sibling discount. and the discount will be applied automatically when siblings are added to the same cart when registering. If you would like to pay with cash or check, select the cash option and contact Haley to pay (payment must be received before the start of the season). Please also contact us for financial assistance.

Division Information - U6/U8

U6/U8 are cooperative and not competitive. The focus is “Learn the game; Love the Game”. We are not concerned with the outcome of games (we do not even keep score). What we do care about is that each player has the opportunity to learn, build confidence, have fun and thrive on the field. Coaches will work together to ensure that the competition within the games is as equitable as possible, and that every player has a good experience. Please support every player whether they are on your team or not.

U10/U12
We are honored to have our U10 and U12 age groups play in the Capital Soccer Alliance (CSA); a playing league comprised of Davis Legacy Recreational Program, Delta United of Clarksburg Youth Soccer League, East Sacramento Youth Soccer League, Greenhaven Soccer Club, Land Park Soccer Club, Natomas Youth Soccer League, and River Park Soccer Club. The variety of clubs affiliated with the CSA allows for multiple, well-balanced divisions in each age group; bringing increased competition, while preserving our shared core values of sportsmanship and player development.
Age Matrix Change in 2026!
Beginning with Recreational Registration in April of 2026 and Comp Tryouts in May (the start of the 2026–27 season), our governing organizations US Soccer and NorCal Premier, are moving to an August 1 -July 31 school year cycle for all age groups. This replaces the old calendar year (aka birth year) system.
